4:45-6:45pm
Monday, September 9th to Friday, November 1st
Pre-requisite at least one prior season experience
(fall, spring or at least 2 weeks of summer intermediate
development)

WHAT TO BRING/WEAR
Comfortable workout clothes, not too loose, not too long
Socks & running shoes (but not your new ones; they will get wet)
Refillable water bottle with name on it
Appropriate layers for the weather
As few extra belongings as possible
