Shape the culture. Build the crew.

Dallas United Crew is driven by a powerful mission: transforming lives, building character, and opening up the sport of rowing to our entire city. The strength of our culture comes directly from the talented professionals behind our boathouse—from our coaching staff to our operational leadership.

We are not actively hiring for open positions at this time. However, our organization is growing, and we update this page regularly as new opportunities arise—so please check back frequently!

If you are a coach, sports professional, or community builder who is passionate about our mission and believes you have something unique to contribute to our team, we would still love to hear from you. Reach out to share your background and start a conversation below.
