Middle School Rowing Explorer Program
The Middle School Rowing Explorer Program is the perfect no-pressure, water-only introduction to rowing for younger middle schoolers curious about getting out on White Rock Lake. Designed as an inviting, developmental on-ramp into Dallas United Crew’s youth pipeline, this program gives young athletes 7.5 hours of hands-on water training each week to master core rowing mechanics, build physical confidence, and experience true team camaraderie—all without the high-stakes pressure or travel demands of a competitive racing team.
